Electrically heated seats
1. Heating elements are built into the cushions and backrests of both front seats.
2. Access to these requires opening the upholstery, so please contact your dealer if service is required.
3. The electric heating switches can be removed (paragraph 4).
4. When diagnosing system faults, see paragraphs 2, 3 and electrical diagrams at the end of this chapter.
Power Seat Components
5. Only the driver's seat has an electric drive. Moreover, only on models equipped in accordance with the maximum service level, in addition to the electric drive for seat height adjustment, other electric drives for seat adjustment are installed.
6. To access the electric motors, remove the driver's seat (chapter 11).
7. The electric motors are mounted on a frame that is bolted to the seat base. Before removing the motor, locate its electrical connector by tracing the wiring coming from the motor (see Fig. 33.7).

8. Remove the frame mounting bolts (see Fig. 33.8) or the engine mounting bolts and remove the components from the seat base.

9. Installation - in the reverse order of removal. For reliable operation, it is recommended to periodically lubricate the rubbing surfaces and seat runners with thick grease.
10. The power seat switches can be removed (paragraph 4).
