Examination
Drive about 15 km to allow the engine and steering to reach normal operating temperature.
Check the power steering fluid level immediately after stopping the engine.

The oil level in the tank should be between the MIN and MAX marks and should never fall below the MIN mark.
Otherwise, add hydraulic oil. In this case, use ATF oil of the specified FORD specification.
Make sure that the hydraulic oil is not shaken before filling, otherwise air bubbles will form. Fill the oil slowly to avoid air bubbles.
Be sure to add new oil, since even minor contamination can cause a malfunction of the hydraulic device.
After refueling, while the engine is running, turn the steering wheel from lock to lock several times to remove air from the device.
If you need to add oil, check the steering system for leaks.
