USEFUL TIP: To avoid injury and damage to vehicle parts, remove the hood with an assistant.
1. Open the hood and place it on the support.

2. There is additional noise insulation on the inside of the hood. To remove it, squeeze the mounting pin…

3….and remove it from the socket.

4. Remove the remaining pins one by one and remove the sound insulation from the hood.

5. By pressing the latches…

6….disconnect the wiring harness connectors of both windshield washer jets.

7. Remove the washer hose from the nozzle fitting.

8. Pressing the petals of the two holders on the hood reinforcement and the holder on the hood hinge..

9….remove the washer hose from them.

10. Remove the washer hose holder from the hood hinge hole.

11. If you are removing the hood for purposes other than replacement, mark its position relative to the hinges, for example by tracing the hinges with a felt-tip pen.

12. Unscrew the two nuts securing the hood to both hinges and remove the hood.
13. Install the hood and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
