Removal


1. Remove the indicator bulbs and lighting bulbs by turning them counterclockwise (see Fig. 11.1).

2. Carefully remove the glass and trim from the front of the instrument panel, taking into account the position of the locking tabs (see Fig. 11.2).

3. Taking into account the position of the light diffusers, remove them from the instrument panel.

4. To remove the speedometer head, unscrew the three mounting screws and pull the head out of the housing.

5. To remove the tachometer, unscrew the screw and pull the tachometer out of the housing.

6. Remove the fuel gauge and temperature gauge in the same manner.

7. Disconnect all pin contacts.

8. Using a fine punch or rod, push out the locking pins of the electrical connector blocks and remove the blocks.



9. Carefully remove the printed circuit board from the housing mounting pins so as not to damage it.

Installation


10. Installation - in the reverse order of removal.
