The windshield is glued directly to the side of the window opening. This increases the rigidity of the body and improves the tightness of the glass-to-body connection. In addition, air resistance is reduced and the weight of the connecting elements is reduced.
Replacing glass requires a special tool and some experience. Therefore, such work should be carried out at a service station.
