Front door glass replacement

You will need: TORX T25 wrench, 8 socket, flat blade screwdriver.

1. Raise the glass up to the stop.

2. Remove the upholstery of the front door (see Removing and installing front door trim).



3. While pressing the tab, disconnect the block of the wiring harness of the electric drive of the outside rear-view mirror.



4. Pressing the latch..



5.... disconnect the wiring harness block from the speaker of the speaker system.




6. Turn out three bolts of fastening of the loudspeaker to the panel of a door …



7….and remove it.



8. While pressing the latch, disconnect the wiring harness block from the power window and central locking control module.



9. Remove the three bolts securing the power window and central locking control module..




10….and remove the module.



11. Prying off the harness holder with a screwdriver..



12….remove it from the hole in the door panel.



13. Separate a moisture protective film from the panel of a door and remove it.




14. Separate the inner decorative lining of the window opening from the door, overcoming the elastic resistance of its spring holders, starting from its lower rear part.



15. Consistently separate the overlay, moving to the front of the door, and remove the overlay from the window opening.



16. Overcoming the resistance of spring holders..




17.... remove the front decorative trim of the window opening.



18. Remove the inner window sill, overcoming the elastic resistance of its spring holders.



19. Remove the outer window sill, overcoming the elastic resistance of its spring holders.



20. Holding the glass, use a screwdriver to press the glass retainers on both sliders, removing them from the holes in the glass.



NOTE: There are two holes in the glass of the front door for fixing in sliders.




21. Remove the glass from the door by pulling it up and turning it in the doorway, as shown in the photo.

22. Establish glass of a forward door and all removed details in an order, the return to removal.
