Withdrawal
Remove the gearbox.
Disconnect the clutch release bearing from the top and bottom from the bearing yoke and remove it from the gearbox input shaft.
Examination
Squeeze and turn the clutch release bearing at the same time. If the bearing is noisy, it must be replaced.
Attention! The bearing is lubricated with long-life grease and does not need to be cleaned or lubricated.
Check sliding surfaces for wear, corrosion and defects.
Installation
Lubricate all bearing and tangent surfaces with high-temperature MoS2 paste. If necessary, remove the remaining paste containing resin.
Attention! Do not apply too thick a layer of lubricant, since with the clutch installed, excess lubricant can get on the rubbing surfaces.
Install the clutch release bearing and connect it to the fork.
Install the gearbox see point 10.1.
