Correct installation of headlights is of great importance for traffic safety. Fine adjustment of the headlights is only possible with a special adjustment device. Therefore, it is indicated here where the headlights can be adjusted and what conditions must be met for the correct headlights to be adjusted.

Tires must have the prescribed air pressure.

The fuel tank must be completely filled. If the tank is only half filled, you need to put a load of about 30 kg in the trunk.

The unladen vehicle must be loaded on the driver's seat with a load of 75 kg (one passenger).

The vehicle must be on a level surface.

Push the front of the car down with force several times, and the shock absorbers of the front wheel suspension will settle.

Attention! Vehicles with level control must not be subjected to vibrations or loads for at least 1 minute before headlight adjustment.

Rotate into position "0" light range control on the control panel, if available.

Headlights should only be adjusted in low beam mode. The measure of the slope of the upper cut-off line for standard headlights is x = 12 cm at a distance of 10 m (=1,2%).
