Correct headlight adjustment is of great importance for traffic safety. Accurate headlight adjustment is only possible with a special adjustment device. Therefore, it is indicated here where headlight adjustment can be made and what conditions must be met for correct headlight adjustment.

Tires must have the prescribed air pressure.

The fuel tank must be completely filled. If the tank is only half full, about 30 kg of weight must be placed in the trunk.

An unloaded vehicle must be loaded on the driver's seat with a load of 75 kg (one passenger).

The car must be parked on a level surface.

Press down hard on the front of the car several times to settle the front suspension shock absorbers.

Caution: Vehicles with level control must not be subjected to vibration or load for at least 1 minute before adjusting the headlights.


Turn the headlight range control on the remote control, if equipped, to the "0" position.
