Removal
Attention! To remove the left engine, first remove the battery, see item 20.14.
Disconnect the negative (-) cable from the battery.
Warning! This will erase data in electronic memory devices, such as the engine fault memory device or the radio code. Please read the section carefully "Removing and installing the battery", before disconnecting it.
Remove the high beam bulb.
Remove the multi-pin connector from the electric motor.
Rotate the motor approximately 60° (1/6 turn) upward.
Tilt the engine toward the center of the car and remove it from the reflector.
Installation
Insert the spherical head of the motor center shaft from the side into the reflector holder.
Turn the engine approximately 60° in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation during removal until it stops.
Install the multi-pin connector.
Connect the battery ground (-) cable.
Set the clock to the current time.
Enter the radio anti-theft code.
Check the installation of the headlights.
