Removing and installing headlight glass (Mondeo 1)

Removal

Remove the headlight.

Release the seven spring clips on the headlight glass.



Remove the diffuser by pressing back on the two retaining tabs.

Remove the sealing rubber from the headlight housing.

Installation

Place the sealing rubber on the headlight housing, paying attention to the conical nozzle of the seal.

Position the diffuser so that the retaining tabs are locked into place.

Install the headlight glass and secure with clamps.

Mount the headlight.
