Removal
Remove the turn signal lights.
Release (press the wire clip) the multi-pin connector for the left and right headlights and remove it.
Remove the radiator grille, see item 17.4.
Remove the bumper, see paragraph 17.1.
Unscrew three screws from the headlight unit on the left and right respectively and remove it together with the plastic frame.
Attention! If only one headlight is being replaced, saw the plastic support in the middle between both marking partitions. When assembling, connect the old and new halves of the support with an aluminum holder. Secure the holder with twelve countersunk rivets in partially pre-drilled holes (8 pieces).
Installation
Install the headlight unit and tighten with six screws to a torque of 5 Nm.
Mount the bumper, see paragraph 17.1.
Install the radiator grille, see item 17.4.
Put on the multi-pin connector and secure it.
Install the turn signal lights.
