Removal and installation of a headlight

Withdrawal

Remove the turn signal lights.

Get out of commit (push on the wire) multi-pin plug for left and right headlights and remove it.

Remove the grille, see 17.4.

Remove the bumper see point 17.1.



Unscrew respectively three screws from the headlight unit on the left and right and remove together with the plastic frame.

Attention! If only one headlight is being replaced, cut the plastic support in the middle between the two marking baffles. When assembling, connect the old and new halves of the support with an aluminum holder. Fasten the holder with twelve countersunk rivets in partially pre-drilled holes (8 pieces).

Installation

Install the headlight unit and screw with six screws with a torque of 5 Nm.

Mount the bumper see point 17.1.

Install the grille, see 17.4.

Put on the multi-pin connector and fix it.

Install turn signal lights.
