Side glass

ORDER OF EXECUTION |
- Center the side window using the clamping screw in the service opening. To do this, lower the window by approximately 160 mm.
Centre the side glass using the clamping screw and lower it by approximately 160 mm. |
- Remove the door trim as described above.
- Remove the door speaker as described above.
- Remove the sealing film from the door. To do this, detach the adhesive surface with a plastic knife if possible. Try not to touch it with your hands, otherwise the adhesive effect may disappear.
- Unscrew the clamping screws (indicated by arrows) in the service openings and…

- …and remove the rubber gasket (indicated by the arrow) from the door.
- Now you have room to pull out part of the glass 1 from the outside of the door. To do this, tilt the glass forward 2 and pull it out of the door.

- When installing, make sure that the glass is inserted into the door from the outside.
- Carry out the installation in reverse order.
