Replacing the radiator cooling fan (Mondeo 2)

To replace the radiator cooling fan on a 16-valve engine:

- remove the radiator (see below);

- unscrew the fan casing;

- remove the fan.

Carry out installation in reverse order.

To replace the radiator cooling fan on a V6 engine:

- disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery;

- find both connector blocks and disconnect them;

- remove the ground wire (on cars produced before January 1997 and since January 1997 it is installed in different places);

- remove the radiator (see below);

- unscrew the fan casing;

- remove the fan.

Carry out installation in reverse order.
