Engine oil: change oil and oil filter.
Cooling and heating system: liquid level check, antifreeze concentration control. Visual check for leaks and external contamination of the radiator.
V-belt: tension and condition check.
Exhaust device: check for damage.
Engine: visual inspection for oil leakage.
Diesel engine: draining the fuel filter.
Gearbox, clutch, final drive
Hinge protectors: check for damage and leaks.
Clutch: control of the clutch adjustment, if necessary readjustment of the clutch rod.
Automatic transmission: oil level check.
Gearbox: visual check for leaks.
Front axle and steering
Tie rod heads: clearance check and fastening, check of dust caps.
Steering: check clearances, check bellows for leaks and damage.
Power steering: oil level check.
Brakes, tires, wheels
Brake system: check brake fluid lines, hoses, brake cylinders and connection elements for leaks and damage. Checking the brake fluid level, topping up if necessary.
Brake friction pads: Thickness control front and rear.
Tires: profile depth and air pressure control; tire inspection for wear and damage (including spare wheel). In case of unusual wear, check the alignment / convergence (work in a repair shop).
Wheel nuts: Tighten to a tightening torque of 100 Nm.
Electrical equipment
All electrical consumers: check function.
Lighting devices: check, if necessary, adjust the headlights.
Beep: check.
Windshield wipers: check wiper rubber for wear.
Window washer: function test, check the position of the washer nozzles, top up with fluid.
Battery: voltage and electrolyte level check.
Reset the service interval indicator, if present.
Body, car interior
Engine hood: checking the locking / locking hooks for operation, lubrication.
Vehicle base protection and paintwork: check.
Seat belts: damage control.
Additionally, carry out the following work
Every 30,000 km
Intake air filter: Replacing the filter insert (more often with heavy dust).
The filter of the air entering the passenger compartment of the car: replacing the filter insert.
Diesel engine: every 2 years or 20,000 km
Fuel filter: insert replacement.
Gas exhaust system: replacement of the CTV filter.
Tightening the turbocharger and exhaust manifold bolts.
Diesel engine: every 40,000 km
Valve clearance: Check and adjust if necessary.
Diesel engine: every 60,000 km
Toothed belt: replacement of both belts.
Diesel engine: every 80,000 km
Check injection nozzles, replace if necessary (before - with strong smoke formation, work in a repair shop).
Carburetor engine: every 3 years or 45,000 km
Spark plugs: replacement.
Under severe operating conditions with a lot of dust: check the insert of the pulse air filter, if necessary, clean and lubricate.
Every three years
Brake fluid: change.
Cooling system: check the closing cover.
Carburetor engine: every 90,000 km
Direct injection unit: change the fuel filter.
Carburetor engine: every 120,000 km (at least once every five years)
Toothed belt: replacement.
