Headlight Replacement

The block headlight is removed when it is damaged and to gain access to other nodes. The internal elements of the headlight are not supplied separately for spare parts, therefore, if they are damaged, (for example, in case of failure of the electric corrector of light) headlight unit is replaced as an assembly.

NOTE: The work is shown on the example of the left headlight, the right headlight is removed in the same way, the difference is in the symmetrically located mounting bolts.

You will need a TORX T30 key.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.



2. Turn out the left..



3.... and the right bolts for fastening the headlight to the radiator frame..



4.... and take the headlight away from the body by removing the latches in its lower part from the frame holes.



5. Disconnect the block of the wiring harness from the headlight by squeezing the latches of its fastening, and remove the headlight.

6. Install the headlamp in the reverse order of removal.
