Mark the original parking position of the windshield wiper blade on the glass using adhesive tape. Lift the caps above the wiper arm shaft using a small screwdriver and fold upwards.
Loosen the mounting nut approximately two turns using a spanner.
Place the wiper arm and rock it sideways back and forth to release it from the wiper shaft cone. Firmly seated arms should be carefully pressed away from the wiper shaft using two slotted screwdrivers. Place a rag under the mount to avoid damaging the paintwork.
Fold back the lever and completely unscrew the nut.
Disconnect the lever together with the lining washer from the shaft.
When installing, align the wiper arm so that it matches its marking on the glass. After installation, check that it moves correctly. The brushes should not be confused with each other or protrude beyond the glass surface.
