Removing and installing the rear wiper motor (Mondeo 3)

Dismantling

ORDER OF EXECUTION

Return the windshield wiper motor to its original park position, disconnect the battery ground cable and remove the rear windshield wiper arm.
Open the rear door and remove the trim.
Before removing the engine, disconnect the plug and press it. Disconnect the ground wire,...
...unscrew the three mounting screws (indicated by arrows) and pull the motor out of the door.

ORDER OF EXECUTION

First, screw the engine to the mounting plate with a tightening torque of 7 Nm.
Check that the engine is in the park position and...
...close the engine.
Complete the installation in reverse order and tighten the wiper arm to a torque of 14 Nm.
Check operation and, if necessary, realign the wiper nozzles on the glass.
