Engine assembly (Mondeo 2)

After disassembling the engine, all its parts must be thoroughly cleaned and checked. After this, you can begin assembling the engine. Thoroughly clean the cylinder block from chips and dirt, especially monitor the condition of the oil channels and holes. Lubricate all moving or sliding parts with engine oil. Lubrication after assembly is often pointless, since oil does not get on the lubricated surfaces. Assemble the engine in the reverse order of disassembly.
