This same tank services the washers for the rear door glass and headlights (if any).
Additives to washer fluid are designed not only to keep your windshield clean in bad weather, but also to prevent the washer fluid from freezing in the cold - when you probably need it most. Do not add water alone to the washer reservoir to avoid over-diluting the washer fluid and preventing it from freezing in the cold. Never use engine antifreeze in your washer fluid - it can discolor or destroy the paintwork.
1. The windshield washer reservoir is located in the right front corner of the engine compartment behind the headlight unit.

2. To check the fluid level, unscrew the cap and inspect the inside of the tank. If the fluid is not visible, it needs to be topped up.

3. When refilling the tank, add the cleaning agent to the water in the proportion indicated on the bottle.
