Windscreen wiper blades (Mondeo 1 and 2)

1. Check the condition of the windshield wiper blades. If they have cracks or other signs of damage, or if they scratch the glass, replace them. To ensure maximum glass cleanliness, replace the blades annually, regardless of their condition.



2. To remove the wiper blade, pull the wiper arm away from the glass until it snaps into place. Rotate the blade 90 degrees, press the latch, and remove the blade from the arm.



3. Don't forget to check the tailgate wiper (if equipped).

Advice

If, despite replacing the brushes, the glass still remains dirty, try cleaning it with a concentrated cleaning solution or methyl alcohol.
