Filling the fuel system (Mondeo 1 and 2)

After performing repair work on the fuel system, its pipelines are empty, and this will cause difficulties when starting the engine. Therefore, the fuel system must be filled as follows:



Turn the ignition key to position II. Slowly and evenly fill the filter with fuel using the hand fuel pump until you feel resistance. Start the engine. If necessary, repeat the procedure.
