Removal, installation and adjustment of a nozzle for washing of glasses

Adjustment

The spray direction of the nozzles can be adjusted with a needle if necessary.



Windshield Nozzle Adjustment Chart; dimensions are given in mm. 1 - Front glass, 2 - Upper edge of the ventilation grille.

Removing the front wipers

Open the engine hood.

Remove the hood insulation by pressing the spring clips with a screwdriver.

Disconnect the water hoses from the spray nozzles.



Press the spray nozzle out of the hood with a screwdriver.

Installation

Insert the nozzles into the hole in the hood and fix. Track reliable fixing of atomizers.

Put on the water hoses.

Install and secure the hood insulation with spring clips.

Close the hood.

Check injection direction and adjust if necessary.

Removing the rear wipers

Open the back cover.

Remove the rear cover hood.

Remove the water hose from the spray nozzle.

Press the spray nozzle out of the rear window. Wring out the sealing rubber of the nozzle.

Installation

Insert the sealing rubber into the rear window.

Insert the spray nozzle into the sealing rubber as far as it will go.

Put on the water hose.

Insert and clip the rear cover hood.

Close the back cover.

Check and adjust the direction of water spray with the nozzle.
