Adjustment
The spray direction of the nozzles can be adjusted with a needle if necessary.
Windshield Nozzle Adjustment Diagram; dimensions are given in mm. 1 - Front glass, 2 - Upper edge of ventilation grille.
Removing the front windshield wipers
Open the engine hood.
Remove the hood insulation by pressing the spring clips with a screwdriver.
Disconnect the water hoses from the spray nozzles.
Use a screwdriver to pry the spray nozzle away from the hood.
Installation
Insert the injectors into the hood opening and secure them. Make sure the injectors are securely secured.
Attach the water hoses.
Install and secure the hood insulation with spring clips.
Close the hood.
Check the injection direction and adjust if necessary.
Removing the rear wipers
Open the back cover.
Remove the rear lens hood.
Remove the water hose from the spray nozzle.
Press the spray nozzle out of the rear window. Press out the nozzle sealing rubber.
Installation
Insert the sealing rubber into the rear window.
Insert the spray nozzle into the sealing rubber until it stops.
Attach the water hose.
Insert and secure the rear cover hood with clips.
Close the back cover.
Check and adjust the direction of water spray from the nozzle.
