Withdrawal



Moisten the rear window with water.

Operate the rear window wiper for 2 minutes and turn off with the wiper switch. This brings the windshield wiper to its final position.

Mark the position of the wiper blade on the rear window in the rest position with adhesive tape. To do this, stick a strip of tape on the rear window directly next to the wiper blade. When installing the wiper arm, place it back on the gearing of the drive shaft so that the wiper blade is directly next to the glued strip.



Fold up the plastic cap -A-.

Loosen the nut -B- two turns.

Fold up the wiper arm and remove it slightly from the cone.

Bring the wiper arm to its original position, unscrew the nut and remove together with the washer -C-.

Remove the wiper arm -D-.

Open the rear body cover and unscrew the 10 skin bolts. Turnire: Remove the six bolts after prying out the protective caps with a small screwdriver. Disconnect the four spring clips and remove the casing towards the window.



Unscrew the wire "masses" -1-.


Depress the spring clip of the multi-contact connector -2- from the inner plate of the rear cover of the body.

Unscrew the wiper motor holder -3-.

Take out the engine together with the holder.

Unscrew three bolts of the holder from the engine. Remove the idler pulleys and pull the three rubber mounts out of the holder.

Installation



Insert three rubber feet into the holder. Fit the guide pulleys and screw the holder to the wiper motor with three bolts with a torque of 8 Nm. Preliminary check the rubber bearings for porosity and damage, replace if necessary.

Screw the wiper motor with holder to the rear cover of the body and tighten to 8 Nm.

Connect the multi-pin connector, fix it with a spring clip on the back cover.

Temporarily connect the wire "masses" batteries.

Run the wiper motor briefly and switch off with the wiper switch until the wipers stop in their final position.

Install the wiper arm. To do this, lay the drive shaft on the cone, orient it along the glued strips on the rear window and press it down.

Fit the spring washer and screw on the wiper arm with the nut, tightening it to 20 Nm

Connect wire "masses" batteries.

Moisten the rear window with water. Check the operation of the rear window wiper, if necessary, replace the wiper blade.

Attention! After trial operation of the wiper on wet glass, tighten the wiper blade nut with a torque of 20 Nm.


Screw on the rear body cover. Turnire: Install the trim on the side of the window, secure with spring clips and then screw on. Put on protective caps.

Set the current time on the clock. Set the radio's anti-theft code.
