1. Unscrew the expansion tank cap.
2. Pump out the coolant from the expansion tank.
3. Squeeze the fastening clips of the steam outlet hose and the throttle body heating hose ends…
4….and remove the hose tips from the expansion tank fittings.
5. Unscrew the bolt securing the expansion tank to the mudguard…
6….lift the expansion tank…
7….pry up the retainer securing the tip of the liquid hose of the expansion tank…
8….remove the tip from the tank fittings…
9….and remove the expansion tank from the car.
10. Install the expansion tank in the reverse order of removal.
11. Fill with coolant (see Replacing the coolant).
