Removal and installation of a broad tank

1. Turn away a stopper of a broad tank.



2. Pump out the coolant from the expansion tank.



3. Squeeze the fasteners for fastening the tips of the steam outlet hose and the heating hose of the throttle assembly..



4.... and remove the hose ends from the expansion tank fittings.



5. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a broad tank to a mudguard …



6….lift the expansion tank…



7….pry out the expansion tank fluid hose end retainer…



8….remove the tip from the reservoir fittings…



9.... and remove the expansion tank from the car.

10. Install the expansion tank in the reverse order of removal.

11. Fill with coolant (see Coolant Change).
