The fuel tank does not have to be removed for this work. After installing the rear of the car on the lift, unscrew the trailing arm from the hub and the cross member of the frame. When doing this, please note that the fixing bolt on the cross member has an eccentric head, and an eccentric nut is used on the outside. Mark the position of the bolt head and nut before disassembling the joint. On fig. 212 shows the location of the parts. Install in reverse order, taking into account the marked position of the bolt head and nut. The tightening torques are different for both sides.

Shown in fig. 212 nuts and bolts are tightened with a torque of 85 Nm, bolts from the opposite end - with a torque of 120 Nm. Install and tighten the rubber support connection when the car is on the site, it is necessary to put the car on the overpass. Be sure to measure the rear of the vehicle after installation.
