Causes of different types of tire wear:
- wear on outer edges (front tires) — Sporty driving style in corners;
- the outer edges are worn more than the middle - the tires have been operated with low pressure for a long time;
- oblique pattern - indicates incorrect installation of the wheels, this most often occurs when the tires are worn out on one side;
- strong wear in the middle of the tire - occurs due to frequent movement at maximum speed; due to the centrifugal force, the tires inflate, which leads to more wear in the middle;
- uneven wear - can be caused by wheel imbalance, balancing is necessary;
- the presence of areas with heavy wear - occurs due to braking with locked wheels.
