The brake fluid reservoir is located in the engine compartment of the car behind the main brake cylinder (Fig. 249). In the transparent reservoir, the brake fluid level should always be between the "Min" and "Max" marks.
Sometimes, due to the large diameter of the pistons in the brake calipers, the fluid level may drop slightly due to wear of the brake pads. Therefore, a decrease in the brake fluid level to the minimum should not yet become a cause for concern. However, if the fluid level drops below the "Min" mark in a short period of time, immediately find out the reason.
