Pic. 249. Brake fluid reservoir
The brake fluid reservoir is located in the engine compartment of the car behind the brake master cylinder (pic. 249). In a transparent tank, the brake fluid level must always be between the marks «Min» And «Max».
Sometimes, due to the large diameter of the pistons in the brake calipers, the fluid level may drop slightly due to worn brake pads. Therefore, reducing the level of brake fluid to a minimum should not yet be a cause for concern. But, if the liquid level drops below the mark in a short period of time «Min», find out the reason immediately.
