Checking the rubber seal of the cardan shaft (Mondeo 1)

Raise the car.

Note the visible traces of grease on and around seal "1".

Check the strength of the installation of the fastening clamps "2".

Inspect the rubber of the cuff for porosity and cracks, illuminating them with a lamp. Replace cracked or pulled inward protective shells of the hinges immediately.
