2. The ignition timing cannot be adjusted or even checked without special diagnostic equipment. Such a check should be performed by dealers.
3. Note that the octane switch can be set to the position corresponding to the use of 95th gasoline. This switch is mounted on the bulkhead of the engine compartment. If you remove the plug from the switch, the engine will be able to run on 91st gasoline (see Fig. 5.3).

Note: Consult your dealer regarding the grade of gasoline to use. The octane ratings listed above naturally apply to unleaded gasoline. Do not use leaded gasoline if your vehicle is equipped with a catalytic converter.
