1. Disconnect the ground wire and drain the coolant.

2. Loosen the tension of the drive V-belt, remove the belt and unscrew the pump pulley mounting bolts (the water pump pulley mounting bolts on the OHV engine are indicated by arrows).

5. Diesel engine. Unscrew the cooling system nipple and the thermostat housing on the cylinder head (1 - nipple mounting bolts, 2 - thermostat housing mounting bolts) and remove the connecting tube and gaskets.

6. Remove the air filter.

7. Remove the front engine beam, first hooking the engine with a lifting device.

8. On the OHV engine and on the diesel engine, unscrew the 3 pump mounting bolts, and on the CVH engine – 4 bolts and remove the pump.

9. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
