Radiators
1 – radiator; 2 – expansion tank; 3 – lower hose; 4 – hose from the engine; 5 – upper hose; 6 – thermostat; 7 – air bleed bolt
1. Remove the ground wire from the battery.
2. Disconnect the wire from the fan motor and the wire harness from the fan housing.
3. On a turbocharged engine, remove the turbocharger.
4. Drain the coolant and remove the pipes from the radiator.
5. Unscrew the two radiator mounting bolts and remove the radiator upwards.
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
