Radiators
1 - radiator; 2 - expansion tank; 3 - bottom hose; 4 – a hose from the engine; 5 - top hose; 6 - thermostat; 7 – a bolt of removal of air
1. Remove ground wire from battery.
2. Disconnect the wire from the fan motor and the wiring harness from the fan shroud.
3. On engines with a turbocharger, remove the turbocharger.
4. Drain the coolant and remove the hoses from the radiator.
5. Unscrew the two radiator mounting bolts and lift the radiator upwards.
6. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
