Removal and installation
1. Remove the ground wire from the battery.
2. Disconnect the wire from the fan motor and the wire harness from the fan housing.
3. Loosen the lower fan casing mounting bolts, then unscrew the upper mounting bolts and remove the fan casing with the electric motor upwards.
4. Remove the impeller from the motor, having first removed the retaining ring on the motor shaft.
5. Unscrew the fan motor mounting nuts and remove it.
6. To remove the radiator, drain the coolant, remove the pipes from the radiator, unscrew the two radiator mounting bolts and remove the radiator upwards.
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
