Removal and installation
1. Remove ground wire from battery.
2. Disconnect the wire from the fan motor and the wiring harness from the fan shroud.
3. Loosen the lower mounting bolts of the fan casing, then unscrew the upper mounting bolts and remove the fan casing with the electric motor upwards.
4. Remove the impeller from the motor, after removing the retaining ring on the motor shaft.
5. Unscrew the nuts securing the fan motor and remove it.
6. To remove the radiator, drain the coolant, remove the pipes from the radiator, unscrew the two radiator mounting bolts and pull the radiator up.
7. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
