Steering drive by means of two rods with rubber-metal hinges on the steering gear side and ball joints on the steering knuckle side. Steering does not require special maintenance. Every 10,000 km of run, the condition and tightness of the dust boots, as well as the amount of play in the ball joints and pins, should be checked. Worn or damaged parts must be replaced.
Every 30,000 km, check the oil level in the steering gear housing and top up if necessary.
If there is no oil specifically designed for lubricating the steering gear, you can use SAE 90 oil (0.1 p). After draining the old oil from the crankcase
CAUTION: To avoid damage to the seals, do not pour excess oil into the steering gear.
