Remove the air filter. Disconnect the fuel and coolant supply hoses to the automatic starter and plug them. Disconnect the electrical wire from the electromagnetic valve. Disconnect the throttle cable and vacuum tube. Loosen the carburetor mounting nuts and remove the washers. Remove the carburetor.
The carburetor is installed in the reverse order. After installation, adjust the accelerator drive. remove air from the cooling system. adjust the idle speed and mixture quality.
