Loosen the nut securing the ball joint of the suspension arm to the steering knuckle and remove the suspension arm. To replace the rubber-metal joint of the suspension arm, clamp the suspension arm 2 together with the mandrel 4 (Fig. 4.9) and the piece of pipe 1 in a vice 5 and press out the rubber-metal bushing 3.

Before installing a new bushing, lubricate it with a special oil such as Cory 90 and press it into the suspension arm. quickly and continuously rotating the vice lever. Install the suspension arm on the stabilizer bar and bushing, insert the ball joint pin into the steering knuckle. Install the bushing, washer and tighten the anti-roll bar mounting nut, tighten the stabilizer bracket mounting bolts. Tighten the nut securing the ball joint of the arm to the steering knuckle. Insert the arm mounting bolt to the body and tighten its nut. Lower the car.
