Pressure regulator — general information (Escort 4)

This regulator is installed directly in the CFI unit housing. It controls the fuel pressure and maintains its value at the injector equal to 1 bar. Excess fuel is returned to the fuel tank.

The pressure regulator operates mechanically using a spring-loaded diaphragm, which can be adjusted using an Allen screw.
