Removal and installation of the needle valve and float is carried out in the same way as on the Weber TLDM carburetor. The difference is that there is no need to remove the choke control cable, because. in a Weber TLD carburetor, control is automatic using a bimetallic spring.

Clamp the coolant supply hoses to the carburetor, and disconnect them from the automatic choke (see Figure 4A.31).



When installing, connect the coolant supply hoses to the carburetor and add coolant if necessary.
