Replacing Bosch Breaker Contacts
1 - the place of connection of the breaker wire;
2 - screw for fastening the fixed contact rack;
3 – a lock ring of fixing of draft of the vacuum regulator
Replacing breaker contacts
A - Lucas distributor;
B - Bosch distributor
1 - contacts;
2 - screw for fastening contacts
1. Remove cover and distributor rotor.
2. Remove the wire from the breaker contact lever.
3. Unscrew the screw securing the fixed contact of the breaker and remove the contact group.
4. After installing the contact group, tighten the fastening screw only after adjusting the gap between the breaker contacts.
