Removal, installation and adjustment
1. Remove the ground cable from the battery and the air filter.
2. Mark the starter cable on the carburetor near the compression nut and the cable housing near the retainer with adhesive tape. Release the retainer and remove it from the bracket.
3. On the instrument panel, remove the storage box, retaining bracket and handle.
4. Unscrew the guide sleeve.
5. Pull the cable into the panel and remove it through the hole under the small box.
6. After installing the cable and securing the handle to it, it is necessary to make adjustments.
7. Pull the cable control handle out 34 mm (X).
8. Install the cable housing on the carburetor so that the housing protrudes from the retainer by 4.5 mm (Y) and secure the cable housing.
9. Insert the cable into the hole in the leash, turn the trigger lever counterclockwise to the end stop and in this position fix the cable in the leash with a nut. After the cable is fully inserted, there should be a gap of 1 mm between the trigger lever and the left stop.
10. Install a storage box on the dashboard.
11. Install the air filter and connect the ground wire to the battery.
