Removal, installation and adjustment

1. Remove the earth wire from the battery and the air filter.

2. Tape the starter cable on the carburetor next to the tie nut and the cable sheath next to the retainer. Release the latch and remove from the bracket.

3. On the instrument panel, remove the box for small items, the fixing bracket and the handle.

4. Unscrew the guide bush.

5. Pull the cable inside the panel and remove it through the hole for the small drawer.

6. After installing the cable and fixing the handle on it, it is necessary to make adjustments.



7. Pull out the cable control handle 34 mm (X).

8. Install the cable sheath on the carburetor so that the sheath protrudes from the retainer by 4.5 mm (Y) and fix the cable sheath.

9. Insert the cable into the hole in the leash, turn the start lever counterclockwise to the end stop and in this position fix the cable in the leash with a nut. After the cable is fully inserted, there should be a gap of 1 mm between the starting lever and the left stop.

10. Install a storage box on the dashboard.

11. Install the air filter and connect the ground wire to the battery.
