Jet needle position
1 - transitional edge of the jet needle; 2 – body of the main jet; 3 - air valve
The amount of fuel supplied to the engine depends on the needle and its condition.
Withdrawal
1. Remove the earth wire from the battery and the air filter.
2. Unscrew 7 screws and remove the carburetor cover.
3. Remove the plug opposite the jet needle from the carburetor body.
4. Remove spring.
5. Being careful, unscrew the jet needle.
6. Replace jet needle if necessary.
Installation
1. Being careful, screw the jet needle into the air valve.
2. The transitional edge of the jet needle should be level with the end face of the air valve.
3. Install the spring and insert the plug into place.
4. Install the carburetor cover, air filter and connect the ground wire to the battery.
