Removing the needle valve

The operation of the needle valve determines the fuel level in the float chamber.
Removal
1. Remove the ground cable from the battery and the air filter.
2. Unscrew 7 screws and remove the carburetor cover.
3. Remove the float axle from the spring clips and lower the float down.
4. Remove the needle valve and check its condition, especially the rubberized cone part. Before installing the valve, clean the valve seat.
