Removing the needle valve
1 - needle valve; 2 - axis of the float; 3 - float
The operation of the needle valve determines the fuel level in the float chamber.
Withdrawal
1. Remove the earth wire from the battery and the air filter.
2. Unscrew 7 screws and remove the carburetor cover.
3. Remove the float shaft from the spring clips and lower the float down.
4. Remove the needle valve and check its condition, especially the rubber cone. Before installing the valve, clean the valve seat.
