1. Check the presence and reliability of the fastening of the guide bushings A on the engine cylinder block.
2. Turn the crankshaft to a position where all pistons are at the same height in the cylinders.
3. Install a new cylinder head gasket with the "Oben-top" mark facing up. Cylinder head gaskets are marked with teeth or holes depending on the thickness of the gasket.
4. Install the cylinder head.
5. Insert the head mounting bolts with washers and tighten them in a specific sequence to the required torques (see Fig. Cylinder head bolt tightening sequence).
Attention! Be sure to use only new bolts.
6. Install the camshaft pulley.
7. Install the timing belt.
8. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
9. Fill the engine with coolant.
10. Check the engine oil level.
11. Check the ignition timing.
