General information about the brake system

The car uses a working brake system with hydraulic drive and diagonal separation of circuits, which significantly increases the safety of driving a car. One drive circuit provides the brake mechanisms of the right front and left rear wheels, the other - the left front and right rear. If one of the circuits fails, the second circuit is used as a spare brake system, which ensures that the car stops with sufficient efficiency. The brakes of the front wheels are disc, and the rear wheels are drum.

After installing new brake pads, they must be ground in, that is, during 200 km of the car's run, do not produce maximum braking.

Brake Fluid - Ford SAM-6C-9103 A or Ford SAM-6C-9103 C. These brake fluids may be mixed.
