Master brake cylinder

Removal
1. Remove the brake fluid from the reservoir using a syringe.
2. Unscrew the nuts securing the pipes to the master brake cylinder, remove the pipes and plug them with plugs.
3. Disconnect the connector from the brake fluid level sensor and remove the reservoir cap.
4. Remove the lock that secures the brake pedal to the pushrod.
5. In the engine compartment, unscrew the bolts securing the master brake cylinder to the body and remove it.
Disassembly
1. Remove the reservoir and sealing bushings from the master brake cylinder.
2. Remove the mounting bolt from the brake master cylinder.
3. Remove the cover by moving it along the pusher.
4. Remove the retaining ring.
5. Remove the pusher.
6. Remove the first piston assembly from the master cylinder.
7. Remove the second piston assembly by hitting the board with the master brake cylinder until the piston comes out.
8. Disassemble the first piston by unscrewing the bolt and removing the cup, spring, spring plate, sealing ring, thrust washer and the second sealing ring.
9. Disassemble the second piston in the same way as the first.
10. Replace all O-rings.
11. Wash all parts of the master brake cylinder in brake fluid.
Assembly
1. Assemble the pistons, paying attention to the correct installation of the sealing rings.
2. Dip the pistons in brake fluid and insert into the cylinder.
3. Install the brake pedal pusher and secure it with the retaining ring.
4. Press the plunger and screw in the set bolt.
5. Install the sealing bushings and reservoir onto the master cylinder.
6. Pour some brake fluid into the reservoir and press the plunger several times to bring the master cylinder into working condition.
Installation
1. The installation of the master brake cylinder is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. Remove air from the brake system.
