The suspension of the power unit varies and depends on the type of gearbox installed.

Examination
Raise the front of the car and secure it on stands. Place a jack under the oil pan and lift the engine with a wooden block so that the engine weight is supported by the jack. Check the condition of the powertrain suspension.
Replacement
Left front suspension
Unscrew the two bolts securing the suspension to the body and the two bolts securing the suspension to the gearbox. Remove the engine suspension (see Fig. 2C.66).

Left rear powertrain suspension
Remove the air filter housing. Place a jack under the gearbox and lift the gearbox using a wooden block so that its weight is supported by the jack.
Unscrew the nuts and bolts securing the power unit mount to the gearbox (see Fig. 2C.67).

Unscrew the two bolts securing the power unit mounts to the body and remove the suspension from under the brake booster.
Right powertrain suspension
Raise the front of the vehicle and support it on stands.
Drain the engine oil and remove the oil filter. Unscrew the two upper bolts and one lower bolt securing the installation support clamp. Unscrew the upper nuts securing the suspension to the body (see Fig. 2C.68). Unscrew the two nuts securing the suspension to the engine support bracket (see Fig. 2C.69).


The suspension is installed in the reverse order of removal.
