Removal
Remove the ground cable from the battery.
To remove the radio, you will need two special U-shaped tools to extract it. Insert the two special U-shaped tools on the right and left into the holes in the front panel of the radio. Slightly press the special tool outward, due to which the fastening brackets are pressed inward. In this position, pull the radio out with uniform force. When pulling, do not tilt the radio (see Fig. 12.71).
Mark and disconnect the connectors and the antenna plug. Remove the pullers by squeezing the fasteners with a small screwdriver.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
