Removal
Remove the negative terminal from the battery. Move the driver's seat back as far as it will go.
Remove the connector from the brake light switch. Rotate the switch and remove it from the suspension. Remove the axle mounting bracket. Remove the brake pedal axle from the bracket and remove the pedal with the pads.
Using a pry bar, remove the bushings from each side of the brake pedal.
Installation
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Before installation, lubricate the brake pedal axle with a small amount of molybdenum disulfide grease.
