Checking and adjusting the sunroof

Open and close the sunroof. The hatch cover must not jam when closing. Check. so that the sunroof cover matches the contour of the roof and adjust if necessary.

Open the sunroof to make adjustments. Unscrew the 3 screws securing the lower frame to the glass cover. Slide the bottom frame into the lid (see fig. 11.56).



Loosen the mounting bolts in front and in the middle. Set the front edge of the glass cover flush with the roof contour and tighten the bolts again (see fig. 11.57). Adjustment tolerance - 1 mm.



Loosen the rear and middle mounting bolts. Align the rear edge of the glass cover with the roof contour and tighten the bolts again. Adjustment tolerance - 2 mm. Slide the bottom frame forward and screw on the glass cover with three bolts.
