Remove the turbocharger together with the exhaust manifold. Drain the engine oil. Remove the drive end and clutch disc.
Remove the flywheel from the crankshaft. Remove the coolant pump drive V-belt. Remove the alternator drive V-belt. Remove the cylinder head. Block the crankshaft and unscrew the crankshaft pulley bolt.
Remove the pulley from the crankshaft. Remove the fuel pump.
Remove the generator. Remove the air filter Remove the oil pump.
Remove the pulley from the intermediate shaft. Remove the O-ring from the intermediate shaft. Unscrew the two bolts securing the intermediate shaft support flange and remove the intermediate shaft. Remove the coolant pump.
Remove the oil pan. Remove the pulley from the crankshaft.
Remove the oil pickup screen from the oil pump.
Label and remove the connecting rod caps.
After marking the connecting rods, remove them together with the pistons from the engine block. Designate and remove covers of radical bearings. Remove the crankshaft. Remove and mark the main bearing shells and crankshaft thrust washers.
