Withdrawal

Remove the ground wire from the battery.

Remove the two bolts securing the power steering tube support brackets and move the tube away from the top casing.

Unscrew the two mounting bolts and remove the top cover of the toothed belt (see fig. 2B.9).



Remove the crankshaft pulley.

Unscrew the two bolts securing the lower toothed belt cover and remove it (see fig. 2B.10).

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Tighten the cover bolts to the required torque.

Connect the battery ground wire.
